What time should I arrive?
Check-in opens at 5:30 PM on Friday, September 11, 2026. Please arrive no later than 6:00 PM for boarding. The boat departs at 7:00 PM, and late guests may not be admitted.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Guests must be at least 18 at boarding and present valid government-issued photo ID. Only guests 21 or older may purchase, possess, or consume alcohol.
What should I wear?
Dress to party! Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and non-marking shoes are recommended for the boat deck.
Are tickets refundable?
Cancellation requests received through August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EDT incur a 50% penalty and receive a 50% ticket-price refund. Requests received afterward incur a 100% penalty and receive no refund, except where required by law. Transfer requests must be received at admin@foundationclarts.org by 6:00 PM EDT on September 9, 2026 and are effective only after written confirmation.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks are permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on board.
